These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 7zdb regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform. Accessing the platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy does not exempt any user from compliance with these Terms.
1.1 Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version of these Terms and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the 7zdb platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account.
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 7zdb or to place any wager or participate in any casino game available on the platform. 7zdb takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employs verification procedures to confirm the age of account holders. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and responsible gaming protocols.
7zdb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 7zdb will result in account suspension pending verification.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 7zdb does not represent or warrant that the services are legally permissible in any specific country or territory. 2.3 Capacity to Contract
By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any business entity, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. Personal accounts used for private recreational gambling may not be used for commercial purposes.

Account Registration and Management
To access betting markets, casino games, and the full suite of 7zdb services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate personal information as requested during the sign-up process.
3.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. 7zdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 7zdb account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. 7zdb uses technical and procedural methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be voided, and bonus funds may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 7zdb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 7zdb support team immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
7zdb may require account holders to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including — but not limited to — at the point of first withdrawal, when account activity triggers a review, or at random as part of routine compliance checks. Required documents may include:
- A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad registered mobile number matching the account).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by 7zdb may result in withdrawal restriction or account suspension. 7zdb handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 7zdb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7zdb supports a range of local payment methods to facilitate fast, convenient deposits and withdrawals for users across Bangladesh.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited, subject to banking hours in Bangladesh.
- 7zdb does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
- 7zdb reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held until verification is complete.
- Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in a withdrawal request.
7zdb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not make withdrawals to any payment method other than those verified as belonging to the account holder. This policy exists to protect users from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering standards.
Section 5
Betting and Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on the 7zdb platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or card games. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing any wager.
5.1 Sports Betting
7zdb offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a wide range of sports, with a particular focus on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following principles apply to all sports betting activity:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the relevant market is voided in accordance with these rules.
- In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 7zdb's event-specific settlement rules, which are available in the help section of the platform.
- 7zdb reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was clearly published in error (manifest error). Manifest error odds are those that are demonstrably inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement.
- Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
- In-play bets may be subject to a brief delay before acceptance during live events, particularly during periods of high market volatility such as cricket wickets or run chase conclusions.
5.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on 7zdb — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, and card games — are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. 7zdb accepts no liability for any malfunction of casino game software; in the event of a technical malfunction, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7zdb platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software to place wagers.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Coordinated betting activity designed to abuse promotional offers (bonus abuse).
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
- Money laundering or any activity that obscures the origin or destination of funds transacted through 7zdb.
- Sharing login credentials with other individuals for the purpose of placing bets under a single account.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
7zdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the user. The following general principles apply to all promotions on the platform.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are separate from real-money account balances. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy the wagering requirements associated with the relevant offer.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
- Unless otherwise specified, bonus offers are available once per account holder, once per household, and once per shared device or IP address.
- 7zdb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any wagering already completed will be honoured proportionally.
- Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
New 7zdb account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Specific welcome bonus amounts, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are detailed on the active promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are not available to users who have previously held a 7zdb account under any name or payment method.
6.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your 7zdb account. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory review period before taking effect.

Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
7zdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following circumstances may result in account action:
8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- Prohibited betting conduct including match-fixing, bonus abuse, or use of automated wagering tools.
- A self-exclusion or responsible gaming closure request submitted by the account holder.
- Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and are subject to dormancy fees or administrative closure in accordance with applicable policy.
8.2 Effect of Account Closure
Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account wallet — net of any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.
8.3 Voluntary Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your 7zdb account at any time by contacting the support team. A voluntary closure request will be processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled normally in accordance with standard settlement rules. Remaining verified real-money funds will be returned via your registered payment method following identity verification.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7zdb's total liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7zdb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
